If your order has arrived and is damaged, please contact our customer service directly via email: info@justjadaskin.com or by phone: 813-773-6846. You will be asked to provide photos of damages/spills and submit them within 24 hours of contacting us.

Just Jada uses natural and organic ingredients. It is recommended to do a patch test on your skin if you are prone to allergies or extreme sensitivites.
